Why Hungary
The Hungarian government scholarship covers tuition in full, provides a monthly stipend, a housing allowance and medical insurance. Pakistan is a partner country, so Pakistani students are directly eligible.
Even without a scholarship, tuition and living costs are far below Western Europe, while the degree remains EU-recognised.
Hungarian medical degrees are well regarded across Europe and taught in English, and they attract international students specifically for that reason.

The catch: Wages are low by EU standards, but living costs are among the lowest in the union, so the ratio still works. If you win the Stipendium Hungaricum, its stipend matters far more than any part-time job.
